Why do we collect feedback?

Since we launched this site in 2012, we’ve seen regular and significant growth in the numbers of people using the site, with over 1.3 million visitors in year 2016/17.

However, we’re constantly looking at ways to improve the site in general and, more specifically, improve the information we provide.

To do this, we rely on your feedback!

Your feedback provides us with a valuable insight into what you think about the site and means that we can try to improve it for you and others in the future.

 

What do we want to know?

We welcome any feedback about this site.

For example:

  1. Was the information what you expected? Did you find it useful? Did it leave you with any other questions?
  2. Was the site easy to use, or did you find it difficult to navigate?
  3. Have you found out-of-date information or broken links?

For one month every year, we run an online survey about the site. Details of the next survey date can be found below.

The next survey will run in June 2017 and will be promoted through pop-up boxes as you navigate through the site

You don’t have to give us your personal details, but if you do, any information you provide will be held in line with our data protection policy.
